These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the airport transfer booking services provided by ADALIA (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through the website www.adaliatransfer.com
By making a booking through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We provide private airport transfer services between airports and the destinations specified by the customer at the time of booking.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.1 All bookings must be made via our website or approved communication channels.
2.2 A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.
2.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel information (flight number, arrival time, pickup location, contact details).
3.1 Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on the website are final.
3.2 Payments must be made through the secure payment methods provided on our website.
3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4.1 Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
4.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
4.3 No refunds will be issued in case of no-show or if incorrect pickup information is provided by the customer.
5.1 For airport transfers, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the actual flight arrival time.
5.2 Delays exceeding the free waiting time may incur additional charges.
5.3 For non-airport transfers, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate booking information
Arrive on time at the designated meeting point
Follow safety instructions
Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully
Not transport illegal or hazardous items
7.1 Each booking allows a reasonable amount of luggage depending on the selected vehicle type.
7.2 Oversized or extra luggage must be notified in advance.
7.3 Child seats must be requested during booking where legally required.
8.1 Flight arrivals are monitored if the flight number is provided.
8.2 In case of flight delays, the pickup time will be adjusted accordingly within reasonable limits without extra charge.
8.3 We are not responsible for missed pickups if flight information is missing or incorrect.
9.1 We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or force majeure events.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the transfer service paid by the customer.
9.3 We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle.
We are not liable for the inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, or government restrictions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes lies with the courts of Antalya.
